Being a busy mum of 3, I know how health and fitness can be easily pushed aside for the other priorities in life, but I also know how important it is to make sure they make it onto that 'never ending' to do list. I like to keep training sessions insteresting, ensuring each of my clients has a tailored program specifically for them. My experience playing local football to a semi-professional level with Richmond VFL, have provided me with dedication and a clear understanding of the requirements for building endurance, strength and conditioning. My passion for the health and fitness industry is an extension of this. I have completed a Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor) & Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training) through the Australian Fitness Academy.
I have an interest in nutrition and its importance in ensuring complete wellness program. I am dedicated to helping my clients improve their overall health and wellbeing in fun and enjoyable ways, creating an achievable program together. I like to empower and motivate my clients to believe that they can achieve anything!"
