"I am an energetic, fun & friendly person who likes to work hard to be the best version of myself that I can possible be! Living and working in the UK for over 6 years I led an unhealthy lifestyle which saw me tip the scales at 103kgs and a size 22! I couldn't believe my eyes when I purchased a digital camera and could see instantly how big I had gotten and from that day I made the commitment to change. I returned to Australia in 2010 and joined the gym, ate healthy and worked my butt of to get to where I am today now at a healthy size 10-12. I love getting a sweat on in the gym, my favorite things to do include spin, boxing, high intensity training and free weighted exercises. I want to help clients on their weight loss journeys and help them to reach their goals and push them to gain the confidence in life that we all deserve. I'm waiting for you, lets do this!"

"After growing up living and breathing sport and exercise, it was an easy decision to make this passion into a career. I've completed a Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness and currently studying Exercise and Sport Science (Physical Education). I pride myself on building strong relationships with my clients, whilst educating them on a healthy lifestyle. Exercise should never just be a short term fix and although challenging (and fun) at times, it should be a part of our every day lives. I like to implement a variety of training methods during my sessions. Including - Strength, conditioning, mobility and flexibility to assist clients in reaching their full health and fitness potential. Combined with a suitable nutrition and recovery plan this will enable clients to get the most out of their every day lives."

"I am a very passionate and dedicated trainer, who loves sport and excercise, and thrives off training others to help them reach their personal goals and to improve their quality of life. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 5 years. I am motivated and enjoy a challenge and I am always looking to find new ways to make fitness fresh and interesting. I beleive that for great success in anything, you need three things....Eductation, motivation and commitment. This is especially true when it comes personal training."
