ALTITUDE TRAINING ROOM

Altitude training is the practice of training at a high altitude (2400 metres above sea level or higher). Whist training this way, the body may adapt to a lack of oxygen at this altitude by:
- increasing the mass of red blood cells and haemoglobin
- altering one's muscle metabolism
Which means...
- It will Increase your aerobic output, hence increasing your fitness levels.
- It will Increase your metabolic rate so that you burn more body fat.
- It will change your training platforms, enabeling to to beat your "training plateau"
- You will feel more energised.
